EXCITING news!! We have another sponsor! Belle Vernon Area Credit Union has sponsored us with $2500! A big YIPPEE and THANK YOU! Just yesterday we met with the Fayette County Commissioners Scott Dunn, Vince Vitis and Harry Kaufman and they not only recognized The Cook Farm for receiving the Bicentennial Farm award, but also officially recognized August 8, 2026 as The Cook Farm 250th celebration day! Plus more exciting news is that we had several confirmations from some key State leaders that they will be attending our 250! There have been meetings, and phone calls, and more meetings! Recently, I met with the Fayette County, PA 250 planning committee. What a great group of people who are ready to help us in any way they can! I am so excited! Christopher Staud from the Forgotten Flag Foundation, said he was going to bring 250 flags that we can display onsite.
