Whoo hooo!

Well I am so excited to tell you about today! We received our Bicentennial Farm recognition at the Pennsylvania state Farm Show in Harrisburg! Plus more exciting news is that we had several confirmations from some key State leaders that they will be attending our 250!

I have to give a big thank you to agricultural secretary Russell Redding for all his support of the bicentennial Farm program. Being a farmer himself it was clear that he understands the importance of farms and families in the state of Pennsylvania. We are fortunate that he has agreed to attend our 250 celebration in August.

Another person I would like to thank is Pennsylvania state representative Eric Davanzo. He is just a great, down to earth, family man who took time out today to support us as well. He is another one that will be attending our event in August

A representative for Senator Dave McCormick was also on hand and he stated that they will attend or have representatives for him there also! How great is this!

President of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau Chris Hoffman and his representative stopped by to congratulate us and said that he and or his Representatives would be on hand for the 250 as well!

I would also like to thank April Orwig from the century and bicentennial Farm program for all her help with our entry and organizing this dedication today.

I am so thankful that most of my family was able to attend including my 88-year-old mother! Thank you Kim, Becky,Bill, Bob, my wife Alicia and son Caleb. You help to make the day great!
