The snow! The flu!

Well we all know how January went! But hey, I have so much great news! I don't even know where to start! We heard back from several people that we are really excited about coming to our event. Then we had another person reach out to us and I know my wife is super excited about them coming! Stop with the suspense Cookie! Okay!

So who is my wife is so excited about (other than ME of course!) is Coo & Company -a farm out of Perryopolis that raises PURE BRED SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS. They are going to bring two Highland heifers for folks to see and take pictures with! The owners say, "In addition to the heifers we would have an educational booth which would include the history of the breed in Southwestern PA, info on the breed and their purpose and benefits of owning Scottish Highlands. They will have merchandise to sell with of course the ever so cute (now I am getting jealous!) Highland cattle on them." Who doesn't love a Scottish Highland Cow??

Next, for the men, (and maybe some women too!) LIBERTY POLE Spirits, https://www.libertypolespirits.com/ from Washington PA with their Boldly Authentic PA Whiskey will be coming to showcase their products - possible taste testing and talk on the history and importance of whiskey in early colonial life.

This next guest is a long time friend - from 235 years ago - ALBERT GALLATIN! (https://www.geocities.ws/hon-albert-gallatin/about-ron.html) Ron Duquette plays Albert Gallatin and with historical precision brings the man back to life! Ron's knowledge of history and times surrounding the times and life of Albert Gallatin makes me feel like I am Col. Cook having a discussion about the whiskey rebellion or that confounded George Washington! Hey and speaking of George! Our very own local friend, Dr. Klanchar, is playing George Washington! I can't wait to see my old friends again!

We have had several food trucks signed up from BBQ to specialty drinks. We are still searching for more!

A local vendor, Rachel Sager from Sager Mosaics https://www.sagermosaics.com/ is going to be working on some art pieces just for the 250 and is even making a token for the volunteers that will be a nice gift in memory of the event.

One last note, if you haven't seen my debut modeling photo shoot with our fabulous new Cook Farm t-shirts, please check us out on Facebook - The Cook Farm! LOL! The comments are the best!

We will have those shirts up for sale soon!

Thank you all! God bless!
